We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Admissions, Community Engagement, and Premedical Enrichment Programs at University of Pennsylvania.   1. Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll a diverse and talented pool of students for the university's undergraduate premedical programs.
  2. Build relationships with community organizations and leaders to promote the university's programs and increase awareness of opportunities available to premedical students.
  3. Collaborate with other university departments and offices to develop and implement premedical enrichment programs that support the academic and personal development of students.
  4. Oversee the admissions process for premedical students, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions.
  5. Serve as a resource and mentor to premedical students, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
  6. Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusivity within the premedical programs and the university as a whole.
  7. Represent the university at recruitment events, conferences, and meetings with community organizations.
  8. Manage a team of admissions and community engagement staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure the success of the team and the programs.
  9. Analyze data and trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving admissions and community engagement strategies.
  10. Collaborate with other university departments to promote and support the success of premedical students, including academic advising, career services, and student affairs.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in admissions, community engagement, and premedical education, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the university's programs.
  12. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students, with a focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the premedical programs and the university as a whole.
