- Oversee and manage the university's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, banks, and donors.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments and university leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, such as payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Maintain and update financial records and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and board members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and administration, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold the university's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Participate in university-wide committees and projects to contribute to the overall success of the institution.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Finance Or Administrative Role
Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Budgeting Processes
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills
Experience Working In A Higher Education Or Research Institution Preferred.
