A Master's Degree In Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Academic Affairs, Specifically In First-Year Student Programming And Planning.
Demonstrated Understanding Of Academic Policies And Procedures, As Well As Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In First-Year Student Success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Faculty, Staff, And Students.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies For First-Year Programming And Initiatives.
