- Provide academic advising and support to students enrolled in the Penn Engineering Online Programs at the University of Pennsylvania.
- Assist students in developing personalized academic plans that align with their educational and career goals.
- Serve as a resource for students, providing them with information and guidance on program requirements, course selection, and academic policies.
- Monitor students' progress and proactively reach out to identify and address any challenges or concerns that may be hindering their academic success.

- Act as a liaison between students and other university departments, such as financial aid and registrar's office.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve the advising experience for students and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to academic advising and student privacy.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Education, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Academic Advising, Preferably In An Online Or Distance Learning Environment.
Knowledge Of Academic Programs And Requirements Within The School Of Engineering And Applied Science At The University Of Pennsylvania.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Support A Diverse Student Population.
Familiarity With Online Learning Platforms And Technologies, Such As Canvas Or Blackboard, To Assist Students In Navigating Online Coursework.
