  1. Manage and maintain social media platforms for the University of Michigan, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  2. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels.
  3. Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for improving the university's social media presence.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies to promote university events, initiatives, and programs.
  5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  6. Monitor and report on social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and social media best practices to continuously improve the university's social media strategy.
  8. Assist with the creation and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
  9. Attend university events and capture content for social media use.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and organizations on campus to cross-promote their initiatives on social media.
  11. Conduct research on social media trends and provide insights to the marketing team.
  12. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
  13. Communicate with external partners and vendors to coordinate social media collaborations and sponsored content.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the University of Michigan on social media.

This Includes Skills Such As Creating Social Media Campaigns, Analyzing Data, And Utilizing Social Media Tools.
