- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of media technology equipment to ensure its functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate media technology into various university initiatives and projects.
- Provide training and support to users on media technology equipment and software.
- Manage and maintain inventory of media technology equipment and supplies.
- Conduct research and make recommendations for the purchase of new media technology equipment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any technical issues or concerns related to media technology.
- Create and maintain documentation for media technology procedures and processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the media technology team.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to media technology.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate media technology systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Media Technology, Preferably In An Academic Setting.
Strong Technical Skills In Audio/Visual Equipment, Multimedia Software, And Network Infrastructure.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Media Production And Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
