- Coordinate and support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and materials.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings for the HR team.
- Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions and organizational charts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the university's overall mission and goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and handle it with discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Benefits, And Employee Relations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Teams.
Proficiency In Hris And Other Relevant Software Applications, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Hr Data.
