  1. Develop and implement data quality programs and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of University data.
  2. Lead efforts to improve data quality standards and establish best practices.
  3. Monitor and analyze data quality metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  5. Develop and maintain data quality procedures and documentation.
  6. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and address data discrepancies.
  7. Train and educate team members and stakeholders on data quality processes and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data quality management.
  9. Proactively identify potential data quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  10. Work closely with IT teams to ensure data quality controls and processes are properly integrated into systems.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Continuously review and improve data quality processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  13. Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulations.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to data quality.
  15. Prepare and present data quality reports and updates to key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Quality Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Quality Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Cleansing, De-Duplication, And Standardization.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Manipulation Using Sql, Excel, And Other Relevant Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
