- Serve as the first point of contact for students and guests during evening hours.
- Greet and assist students and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle various tasks simultaneously, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative duties.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for students and guests.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by students and guests.
- Assist with checking in and out of guests, including processing payments and providing information about campus services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during evening hours.
- Demonstrate a friendly demeanor and positive attitude to create a welcoming environment for all.
- Adhere to all University of Kentucky policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Night Desk Clerk At University Of Kentucky Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Educational Proficiency And The Ability To Follow Instructions And Complete Tasks.
Customer Service Experience: A Night Desk Clerk At University Of Kentucky Will Interact With Students, Faculty, And Staff On A Daily Basis.
