  1. Greet and welcome students, faculty, and staff to the University of Kentucky in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist students, faculty, and staff with accessing various resources and services offered by the University.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information about University policies, procedures, and services.
  4. Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff via email, phone, or in-person.
  5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting individuals with their needs.
  6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  7. Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions with students, faculty, and staff.
  8. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for University staff.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on University policies, events, and services to provide accurate information to students, faculty, and staff.
  11. Handle complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  15. Represent the University of Kentucky in a positive and professional manner at all times.
