- Develop and teach courses in international relations and diplomacy at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of international affairs.
- Mentor and advise students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional pursuits.
- Participate in curriculum development and program assessment to ensure academic excellence and relevance.
- Engage in service activities, including committee work, academic advising, and student recruitment and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students.
- Stay current with developments in the field of international relations and diplomacy, and incorporate new knowledge and perspectives into teaching and research.

- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials, incorporating student feedback and innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Support the overall goals and objectives of the Patterson School and the University of Kentucky, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In International Relations, Diplomacy, Political Science, Or A Related Field.
Prior Teaching Experience At The University Level, Preferably In The Area Of International Affairs.
Extensive Knowledge And Expertise In Global Diplomacy, International Commerce, And/Or International Organizations.
Strong Research And Publication Record In The Field Of International Relations And Diplomacy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues And Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
