  1. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients in the Behavioral Health department.
  2. Utilize knowledge of behavioral health practices to assess and support patients' mental health and overall well-being.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  4. Conduct thorough patient evaluations and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  5. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in behavioral health to ensure the highest quality of care.
  6. Serve as a resource and support system for patients and their families, offering guidance and education on mental health and coping strategies.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their loved ones, as well as other members of the healthcare team.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of behavioral health.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all patient interactions.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working effectively with colleagues and promoting teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling

  • Current License Or Certification In The State Of Kentucky As A Mental Health Professional

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Methods For Mental Health Disorders

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Work With Diverse Populations.
