  1. Assist the Athletics Compliance Director in overseeing and implementing all compliance policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues.
  4. Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs for coaches, staff, and student-athletes on compliance policies.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all NCAA rules and regulations and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties.
  6. Collaborate with various departments, including academic services and eligibility, to ensure compliance with academic requirements for student-athletes.
  7. Review and approve all recruiting materials and activities to ensure compliance.
  8. Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to the NCAA and conference offices.
  9. Serve as a resource for coaches, staff, and student-athletes on compliance-related matters.
  10. Coordinate and conduct investigations into any potential violations and report findings to the Athletics Compliance Director.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities.
  12. Represent the athletics department at compliance-related meetings and events.
  13. Stay updated on best practices and industry standards for compliance in college athletics.
  14. Uphold the integrity and values of the university and the athletics department.
  15. Collaborate with other members of the compliance team to ensure a cohesive and effective compliance program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Sports Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role Within An Ncaa Division I Athletics Program.

  • Knowledge Of Ncaa Rules And Regulations, Including Experience Interpreting And Applying Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Coaches, Administrators, And Student-Athletes.

  • Familiarity With Ncaa Compliance Software, Such As Arms Or Jumpforward, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
