8. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and staff regarding team expectations, schedules, and any other relevant information.
9. Assist in the management of program budget and resources.
10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, conferences, and other events related to the swim program.
11. Maintain a thorough understanding of NCAA regulations and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
12. Continuously strive to improve coaching skills and stay updated on new training techniques and strategies.
13. Collaborate with athletic trainers and medical staff to ensure the health and safety of student-athletes.
14. Represent the University of Kentucky and the swim program in a professional and positive manner at all times.
15. Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the head coach or athletic department.
