Job Description

This position will provide operations project management and responsibilities. The role will be assigned to support the development, implementation and ongoing operational support of high priority institutional projects, designed to enhance and improve inpatient, outpatient, surgical, staffing, and quality operational aspects within the health care system. The operational responsibility for this position will be to initially support basic project management skills to ensure project goals and objectives are met within the established requirements; preparing project status reports, resource management, conducting/facilitating project meetings, ensuring the project progress on schedule, addressing constraints, mitigating risks and challenges in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5 years implementing and managing multiple medium to large-scale programs/projects

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and lead operations project in health care or other relevant industry

  • Ability to lead process improvement activities to make enhancement recommendations and implement workflow

  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple small to large-scale projects.
