Job Description

Assist with the preparation of the budget for clinical services on main campus and network locations. Monitor performance to budget of clinical services associated with specific targets and trends. Reconcile expense and revenue to assure transactions are aligned with budgeted expectations and operational initiatives. Provide input in the development of dashboards to track key performance indicators related to financial metrics. Collaborate with PFS, medical team and other key stakeholders to provide financial reports illustrate the service line’s ability to adhere to oncology payment model standards. Monitor statistical data including work queues and authorization data in order to recommend and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve services. Model proformas to support implementation of new clinical service proposals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a healthcare setting related to business administration, finance or healthcare operations

  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate inquiries from patients, staff and administration.

  • Master’s in Health Administration, Business Administration or Finance a plus

  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting a plus
