Job Description

Purchase software licenses for center staff. Maintain spreadsheet with all software licensing information. Request ITS approval for new software as needed. Communicate software licensing restrictions to center staff. Coordinate office space, building access, keys, computers, supplies and equipment. Provide search support to the department and COE HR for staff and student employee searches. Prepare offer letters for professional staff, graduate research assistants and bi-weekly employees. Create appointments and transfers, complete I-9 and confidentiality agreements, and complete driving reviews as needed. Train graduate students and visiting scholars on issues unique to CASMA and CEA (e.g., document storage and permissions). Review, analyze, and reconcile Transaction Detail Reports (TDR) monthly. Create general ledger entries (GLJE) and correcting entries (WebCV) as needed.

Job Qualifications
