Utility Plant Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the central plant, performing a variety of skilled mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks in the maintenance and repair of the University’s utility plants. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual with a strong aptitude for mechanical and electrical work and the ability to work independently and safely. The successful candidate must possess a working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and boiler systems; have a strong customer service focus; and be willing to learn new technologies. The ideal candidate should also have a strong commitment to team work and the ability to work well with other tradespeople.
