
Training Coordinator
The University of Colorado Boulder is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our team. As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing educational and training programs, as well as creating and implementing innovative training strategies. We are looking for someone with a passion for learning, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of faculty and staff.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in educational program coordination and/or training. In addition, we are looking for someone with superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and the ability to create and deliver training materials. A creative and motivated individual who is results-oriented and eager to take on new challenges will find themselves in good company at the University of Colorado Boulder.
