The University of Colorado Boulder is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Ticket Office Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs. If you have a passion for helping others, a commitment to service excellence, and an ability to remain calm under pressure, then we want to hear from you!The Ticket Office Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to patrons of the University of Colorado Boulder. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications:• 1-2 years of customer service experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of ticketing software and ticketing systems• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong attention to detail• Ability to stay calm under pressure• Knowledge of the University of Colorado Boulder services, events, and venues• A positive, professional attitude
