Job Description

The University of Colorado Boulder is looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Case Manager to join our team. The Senior Case Manager will provide support and guidance to students who have experienced or are currently experiencing a broad range of issues, such as academic difficulty, personal crises, financial hardship, and more. The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing intervention plans, and providing appropriate and timely referrals when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should be an excellent communicator, have a passion for helping students, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required, as well as at least five years of experience in a student affairs or higher education setting.
