
Program Manager, TRiO Student Support Services
The University of Colorado Boulder seeks a highly motivated, committed Program Manager for TRiO Student Support Services to join our dynamic team. Our Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the TRiO SSS program, which provides a range of activities and services to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students to help them achieve their academic, personal and professional goals.To be successful in this role, the Program Manager must have a master’s degree in a field related to student services, such as higher education, counseling, or a related field, as well as at least three years of management-level experience in a college/university setting. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational, management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population. Knowledge of TRiO and/or other student service programs and of federal and state regulations regarding student services is preferred.
