Police Dispatcher

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced and customer service-oriented Police Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of the Police Department, providing primary communication and dispatch services to our officers and the public. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.To be successful in this position, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Colorado driver's license, and a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-related role. Previous experience working in a police department or similar setting is strongly preferred. You should also have excellent computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
