Incident Response Analyst

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced Incident Response Analyst to join our Information Security team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about information security, has a proactive approach to security and is devoted to protecting our university and its assets. The successful candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner and ensure that all security policies and procedures are adhered to.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as three to five years of experience in incident response, digital forensics, or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills; knowledge of security best practices and threat intelligence; and experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and tools.
