Job Description

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced and passionate Computer Science Teaching Assistant Professor (Instructor) to join our world-renowned faculty. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm to the classroom, and have a commitment to excellence in teaching and research. We are looking for someone who is eager to teach, mentor, and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff. To be successful in this role, you must possess a thorough understanding of Computer Science and have a passion for teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide leadership and direction to the Computer Science department and will demonstrate an ability to foster a collaborative and productive environment.Required Qualifications:• A doctoral degree in Computer Science or a closely related field• At least one year of teaching experience at the college/university level• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Computer Science fundamentals• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction in the Computer Science department• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work with diverse populations
