Job Description

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a passionate Community Center Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing students with dynamic and engaging programs, services, and resources. The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure our community center is a welcoming and inclusive environment.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field• Demonstrated experience working in student organizations, student activities, or student services• Knowledge of issues impacting the campus community, including issues of diversity and inclusion• Ability to demonstrate cultural competency, engage in critical dialogue, and challenge the status quo• Outstanding organizational and project management skills• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and committed Community Center Coordinator to our team.
