A Phd Degree In Organizational Behavior Or A Related Field, With A Strong Research Record Demonstrating Expertise In The Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Teaching Undergraduate Or Graduate Level Courses In Organizational Behavior Or Related Subjects.
A Strong Commitment To Student-Centered Teaching And Mentoring, With Evidence Of Successful Teaching Evaluations.
Experience Working In A Diverse And Inclusive Environment, And A Commitment To Promoting Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion In The Classroom.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Colleagues And Engage With Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
