  1. Develop and teach courses in organizational behavior at the undergraduate and graduate level, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational behavior theories, research, and practice to deliver high-quality instruction to students.
  3. Collaborate with faculty members to design and implement innovative curriculum that reflects current trends in the field of organizational behavior.
  4. Engage with students in and outside of the classroom, providing mentorship and guidance to promote their academic and professional development.
  5. Conduct and publish cutting-edge research in the field of organizational behavior, contributing to the academic community and enhancing the reputation of the university.
  6. Participate in departmental and university service, including serving on committees and advising students.
  7. Maintain a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching, research, and service.
  8. Stay current with developments in the field of organizational behavior, and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into teaching and research.
  9. Collaborate with industry partners to provide students with real-world experiences and networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • A Phd Degree In Organizational Behavior Or A Related Field, With A Strong Research Record Demonstrating Expertise In The Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Teaching Undergraduate Or Graduate Level Courses In Organizational Behavior Or Related Subjects.

  • A Strong Commitment To Student-Centered Teaching And Mentoring, With Evidence Of Successful Teaching Evaluations.

  • Experience Working In A Diverse And Inclusive Environment, And A Commitment To Promoting Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion In The Classroom.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Colleagues And Engage With Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
