Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In Musicology Or A Related Field, Such As Ethnomusicology Or Music Theory.

  • Demonstrated Excellence In Teaching, With A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Primary Instructor At The College Level.

  • Active And Ongoing Research Agenda, With A Record Of Publications And Conference Presentations.

  • Expertise In A Specific Area Of Musicology, Such As Western Classical Music, World Music, Or Popular Music.

  • Ability To Contribute To The Department's Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, And To Work Collaboratively With Colleagues And Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
