Job Description

Are you an experienced advancement professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives? The University of Colorado Boulder Law School is searching for a motivated and organized Assistant Dean for Advancement who is committed to furthering the Law School’s mission. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for fundraising, alumni relations, and donor relations to advance the Law School’s mission and ensure the long-term financial stability of the school. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and an ability to build relationships with alumni and donors. We are looking for a leader who is able to foster collaboration and take initiative in developing new ideas to advance the Law School’s mission.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, and a proven track record of success in fundraising, alumni relations, and donor relations. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technology.
