- Mentor and advise students in the real estate program, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional pursuits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and incorporate them into course material.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to continuously improve the real estate program.
- Participate in departmental and university service activities, such as committee work and event planning.

A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Professional Experience In The Real Estate Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Current Market Trends And Practices.
Prior Teaching Experience At The University Level, Including The Ability To Develop And Deliver Engaging And Effective Course Curriculum.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Students, Colleagues, And Industry Professionals.
Active Involvement In Professional Associations And Organizations Related To Real Estate, Demonstrating A Commitment To Ongoing Learning And Professional Development.
