- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the School of Public Administration that aligns with the mission and goals of the university.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the school, including academic programs, faculty recruitment and development, budget and resource allocation, and community partnerships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty, staff, and students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote and enhance the reputation of the School of Public Administration through active engagement with professional organizations, community leaders, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments and schools within the university to develop interdisciplinary programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of public administration, contributing to the academic reputation of the university.
- Teach courses in public administration at the undergraduate and graduate level, utilizing innovative and engaging teaching methods.
- Advise and mentor students, supporting their academic and professional development.

- Stay current with developments and trends in the field of public administration, incorporating them into curriculum and programs.

Extensive Academic Credentials: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Phd In Public Administration Or A Related Field, Along With A Strong Record Of Research And Publications In The Field.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Academic Departments Or Programs, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Mentor And Support Faculty And Staff.
Teaching And Curriculum Development Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Teaching Courses In Public Administration At The Undergraduate And Graduate Levels, And Be Able To Continually Develop And Update The Curriculum To Meet Industry Demands.
Professional Experience In Public Administration: The Candidate Should Have A Significant Amount Of Professional Experience In The Field Of Public Administration, Preferably In A Leadership Role In Government Or Non-Profit Organizations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Students, Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
