- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and course materials for undergraduate students.
- Serve as the coordinator for the undergraduate minor program, including managing course offerings, advising students, and communicating with other departments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Provide mentorship and support to undergraduate students, helping them to achieve academic and professional success.
- Contribute to curriculum development and assessment, staying up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students.
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field.
- Participate in faculty meetings and committees, contributing to the overall mission and goals of the university.

Master's Degree In Relevant Field: A Strong Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Master's Degree In A Field Related To The Subject Area They Will Be Teaching. This Degree Should Be From A Reputable Institution.
Teaching Experience: Prior Experience Teaching At The Collegiate Level Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Engaging And Effective Lectures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Various Teaching Methodologies.
Knowledge Of Curriculum Development: As The Undergraduate Minor Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Updating Course Curricula. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Subject Matter And Be Able To Create Relevant And Up-To-Date Courses.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Students, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Students And Faculty.
Organizational And Administrative Abilities: This Role Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Manage Course Schedules, Student Records, And Other Administrative Tasks. The Candidate Should Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Handle Multiple Responsibilities Efficiently. Experience With University Administrative Systems Would Be Beneficial.
