Bachelor's Degree In Education, Training, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Designing And Facilitating Training Programs.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills.
Experience Working With Diverse Populations And Ability To Adapt Training Content To Different Audiences.
