
Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst
The University of California, Riverside is searching for an experienced and highly organized Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for human resources and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.The WFA Analyst is responsible for the overall management and analysis of the University's workforce administration processes, which includes but is not limited to: managing employee data, developing reports, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of workforce administration principles, experience with various HR systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in workforce administration• Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and analytics• Excellent problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate employee data • Analyze and interpret workforce administration data • Develop reports on workforce administration processes • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to HR team • Manage and troubleshoot various HR systems and processes • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce administration processes • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Monitor and report on workforce administration trends • Work independently and in collaboration with other team members • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
