Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst

The University of California, Riverside is searching for an experienced and highly organized Workforce Administration (WFA) Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of workforce administration principles, experience with various HR systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in workforce administration• Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and analytics• Excellent problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
