
Talent Acquisition Analyst
The University of California, Riverside is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent. The successful candidate will have experience in the recruitment field, be highly organized and an excellent communicator, and have a passion for helping our organization reach its human resources goals. The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be an integral part of the University's Human Resources team and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least two years of talent acquisition experience. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen and review resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Source and develop relationships with potential recruiting partners.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
- Create reports and analyze data related to recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Train and advise hiring managers on recruitment process and best practices.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
