Job Description

The University of California, Riverside is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage budgets, and track timelines and progress to ensure successful completion of all projects.To be successful in this role, you must possess an in-depth understanding of project management principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of all projects.
  3. Manage project budgets and track timelines and progress.
  4. Develop and maintain project management processes and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on project management best practices.
  6. Identify and resolve any project issues that arise.
  7. Prepare project reports and presentations.
  8. Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
  9. Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
  10. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
