
Senior Complaint Resolution Officer
We are looking for an experienced and customer-service-focused Senior Complaint Resolution Officer to join the Student Affairs team at University of California, Riverside. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, addressing, and resolving complaints from students, faculty, and staff. This position requires a diligent and confident individual with excellent problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in complaint resolution, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service is essential, as is the ability to empathize with stakeholders while managing difficult conversations. The ability to remain calm in challenging situations is also critical. Responsibilities:
- Identify, address, and resolve complaints from students, faculty, and staff.
