
Research Compliance Analyst
Working with others in the office, provides administrative support and leadership for research compliance committees: IRBs, PRO, IACUC, and IBC, as well as other committees that are not as active (SCRO, DURC). Provides in-depth review of assigned grant awards and MTA's to ensure compliance, and assists investigators when protocol modifications are needed to address grant and MTA issues. Provides guidance on preparing and revising research applications. Trains individuals and departments on relevant compliance processes, forms and policies. Reviews complex research protocols when applying federal regulations, state regulations, and University policies to ensure and document compliance. Participates in UC-systemwide calls to ensure that office is up to date on current best practices.
