Job Description

The University of California, Riverside is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Program Evaluation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving, coupled with a dedication to making a difference in our students' lives. The Program Evaluation Analyst will assess program effectiveness and design evaluation plans in order to inform program decisions. We are seeking an individual who is eager to use their analytical skills to guide program improvements.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field and at least one year of experience in program evaluation or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and data analysis skills. Experience with software for data analysis and presentation is an asset. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data, as well as the ability to effectively communicate program evaluation results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement evaluation plans to assess program effectiveness.
  2. Analyze data to inform program decisions.
  3. Collect and summarize data for program evaluation purposes.
  4. Utilize software for data analysis and presentation.
  5. Communicate program evaluation results effectively.
  6. Maintain accurate records of program evaluation data.
  7. Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop methods of data collection to ensure accuracy of evaluation results.
  9. Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure program goals are met.
  10. Document evaluation procedures and protocols.
