Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of educational programs, ensuring all activities are aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to create engaging, effective, and successful programs.
- Develop and implement program plans and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and success.
- Prepare and maintain program budgets.
- Oversee program documentation and records.
- Support faculty and staff to ensure program objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment.
