Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of educational programs, ensuring all activities are aligned with organizational goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to create engaging, effective, and successful programs.
  3. Develop and implement program plans and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and success.
  5. Prepare and maintain program budgets.
  6. Oversee program documentation and records.
  7. Support faculty and staff to ensure program objectives are met.
  8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events.
  11. Foster an inclusive learning environment.
