Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and customer-focused Manager of Service Management to join the University of California, Riverside’s team. The Manager of Service Management will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the service management team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to the university’s internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team of professionals. They should also have a proven track record of planning and executing service management projects and have a strong understanding of service management best practices. In addition, the Manager of Service Management should possess a customer-centric mindset and be passionate about providing great service.
