Job Description

The University of California, Riverside is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Manager of Customer Service to join our team and lead our Customer Service team to success. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive results. As Manager of Customer Service, you will be a vital part of our team and have the opportunity to shape the future of our customer service operations. We are looking for a candidate who has: -At least five years of customer service experience in a managerial role-Experience implementing customer service initiatives and strategies-Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills-Experience with customer service software-A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field-A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfactionIf you are passionate about customer service and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilites:

  1. Manage customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  2. Develop and implement customer service initiatives and strategies.
  3. Lead problem solving of customer service issues.
  4. Utilize customer service software to optimize customer service performance.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer service needs are met.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
  7. Create and monitor customer service metrics to measure performance.
  8. Recruit and train customer service staff.
  9. Monitor customer service trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Establish policies and procedures to ensure customer service objectives are met.
