
Manager of Customer Service
The University of California, Riverside is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Manager of Customer Service to join our team and lead our Customer Service team to success. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive results. As Manager of Customer Service, you will be a vital part of our team and have the opportunity to shape the future of our customer service operations. We are looking for a candidate who has: -At least five years of customer service experience in a managerial role-Experience implementing customer service initiatives and strategies-Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills-Experience with customer service software-A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field-A commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfactionIf you are passionate about customer service and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
