
Financial Assistant
Provide accounting and administrative support to the Performing Arts Administration Unit and the Departments of Creative Writing, Dance, Music, and Theatre, Film and Digital Production. Processes general accounting transactions such as honorariums, entertainment, purchase orders. Recharge orders will include all parking services; coordinates student grants and monitors accounts of all auxiliary units such as communications, printing & reprographics and mail services. Manages the equipment inventory program and assignment of lockers. Processes facility requests and coordinates department events. Responsible for assisting in the coordination of department programs including editing and printing marketing materials.
