
Financial and Administrative Analyst
The University of California, Riverside is seeking an experienced and talented Financial and Administrative Analyst to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative analysis in support of the University’s operations. This individual will perform a variety of complex financial and administrative analysis and related activities to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a finance-related position. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: -Analyze financial and administrative activities and processes in order to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources -Develop and implement financial and administrative plans, procedures, and strategies -Analyze financial and operational data and prepare reports and presentations -Monitor and report on the performance of financial and administrative activities -Provide data-driven problem solving and recommendations -Assist in budget preparation and forecasting -Identify opportunities for cost savings -Coordinate activities with other departments -Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and vendors -Perform other related duties as assigned
