Family Event Planning and Engagement Specialist

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event planning
6. Monitor event budgets and manage expenses
7. Evaluate the success of events and provide feedback for future planning
8. Provide excellent customer service to all participants
9. Maintain records of event expenditures and attendee registration
10. Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote the university and community engagement
