
Executive Assistant
The University of California, Riverside is seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chancellor and other executive staff. This is a demanding role that requires a professional and motivated individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be a trusted and reliable partner to the Chancellor and other executive staff, and will be expected to ensure that their daily operations run smoothly.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of executive support experience. The successful candidate will have superior organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, and will be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a commitment to excellence, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chancellor and other executive staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Manage the calendar of the Chancellor and other executive staff, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, and other events.
- Prepare and edit documents and correspondence for the Chancellor and other executive staff.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and other communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the Chancellor and other executive staff.
- Track and maintain records and files.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Complete special projects and assignments as required.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
