
Director, Regional and Pipeline Development
The University of California, Riverside is seeking a talented Director, Regional and Pipeline Development to join our team. This exciting role will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to lead and drive regional and pipeline initiatives in support of our university’s commitment to student success. The successful candidate will have a passion for working in a team environment, a commitment to delivering results, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and at least five years of experience in higher education regional and pipeline development. In addition, the successful candidate must have a track record of successful program development and implementation, experience developing and maintaining positive relationships with regional partners, and a proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a commitment to data-driven decision making, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.
