
Director of EPIC Instructional Programs
The University of California, Riverside is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of EPIC Instructional Programs. This position will be a key part of the growing Educational Programming and Innovation Center (EPIC) and play an integral role in developing innovative instructional programs for UCR students. The ideal candidate has a strong background in educational program development, instruction, and assessment, as well as an understanding of best practices for program evaluation. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative instructional programs for UCR students.
- Assess and evaluate instructional programs to ensure quality.
- Offer guidance and support to students in order to maximize their educational experience.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of educational objectives and desired outcomes.
- Design and lead professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
- Oversee budget and resources for instructional programs.
- Keep abreast of best practices in instructional program development, instruction, and assessment.
- Maintain strong communication with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of instructional programs.
- Monitor and assess program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful progress.
Bachelor's Degree In Education Or Related Field
Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In Program Design And Implementation
At Least Years Of Experience In Instructional Program Management
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Instructional Programs
Proven Experience With Assessment And Evaluation Of Instructional Programs
