Job Description

The University of California, Riverside (UC Riverside) is looking for a highly motivated Development Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the development team to handle the day-to-day operations of our development office, as well as provide support for special projects and events. To be successful in this position, you must have experience in a development office, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the development team with day-to-day operations in the development office.
  2. Provide customer service to internal and external partners.
  3. Prioritize and manage tasks independently.
  4. Support special projects and events.
  5. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate attention to detail.
  6. Enforce compliance with university policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
  8. Assist with fundraising and donor stewardship activities.
  9. Analyze data for reports and presentations.
  10. Monitor and track development activities.
