
Complaint Resolution Officer
The University of California, Riverside is looking for a Complaint Resolution Officer who is passionate about creating a safe and equitable environment for all of our students. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure the successful resolution of all complaints. The Complaint Resolution Officer must have excellent communication skills, an ability to maintain confidentiality, and sound judgment when addressing disputes. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to complaints in a timely and equitable manner.
- Assess complaints, investigate the issues, and resolve them in a way that is fair and meets the University’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.
- Utilize strong judgement when assessing and resolving complaints.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to complaint resolution.
- Promote equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
- Monitor progress of complaints and ensure complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports and provide updates on complaint resolution efforts.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful resolution of complaints.
